What is this and is it safe and secure? This shortcut tool has been fully tested and is safe to download to your PC. In the process of download and setup, you may need to respond to messages or prompts from your firewall or security software to allow the shortcut tool to be saved to your desktop. This is a normal and expected behavior with any new software installation. Follow the on-screen instructions in the firewall pop-up window, select “UNBLOCK” or “ALLOW INSTALLATION”, and continue with the save and run process. Once saved, clicking on the icon will launch a browser window and direct your right to our eSupport page. If you do not have connectivity, a page will display with our phone number, making getting PC and system help fast and easy!
