Even with the best automation software, sometimes you need just a little help.  When you do, you want is fast, friendly technical support that doesn't make you feel stupid or make YOU do the work.  We agree.  So Digiticians has developed a technical support department that you can access for help with our own products or for other PC or personal technology products (additional fee may be required for support of non-Digitician products).  It  is staffed by nice, knowledgeable professionals who will do the work for you.

Digiticians believes that if you are having a problem with software that you bought from us, that we should be the ones to fix it.  Using a revolutionary new remote access tool our expert technicians can diagnose the problem and fix it while you watch us do the work.

What seems to be a problem with one product is often in fact a problem with different product because today's digital systems are so complex and inter-related.  But Digiticians will not leave you on hold or tell you to call the other manufacturer.  If you need help just fixing the problem we will stay online with you and standard eSupport rates will apply.
