PCCare Premium[TM]

What does CHKDSK found errors ... run CHKDSK/f  mean?  What do I do?

CHKDSK runs in diagnostic mode. It scans the physical media but does not attempt a repair. If CHKDSK finds an error, it will report it and suggest that you run CHKDSK/f (for fix) at the next system reboot. It will also provide a method to Reboot Now

You should exit all programs that are running and then accept the Reboot now control.

Your PC will reboot and run the repair (fix) function during the reboot, before prompting you for the log-in.

The next time you run PCCare, the SCANDISK/CHKDSK cleanup feature will delete any temporary files left over from the repair utility
