There are four (4) main file-folder tabs. Simply click on the folder-tab you wish.

| Update/Upgrade | This provides information about updating your PCCare™ Premium product as new featuires and releases are available. PCCare Premium is a fully managed service that runs over a secure internet connection that manages and maintains your computer on a regular basis. |
There are three (3) logos that serve as quick-reference navigation aids. These navigation aids are called Hyper Text Links that direct your browser to a specific location on the Internet. Click once on the Logo to navigate to the page you want.
Please note: selecting any of these logos will instruct your browser to connect to a new web site. Your browser may do one of the following:

Located directly under the folder tabs you will see a line with three (3) entries. Click one of these items to navigate directly to the view and change settings page for the logical functional group (see view status) you have selected.

From any of the task lines in the Status/Summary Dashboard, click the See Details link to navigate directly to the task execution details for the last time the task was executed. The table is organized so that all like functions (logically grouped functions) are displayed together.
From the View Details Tables, this will return you to the main
Dashboard view.
From the View and Change settings tables for Disk, Folder and File Maintenance, or System Integrity Maintenance, this will return you to the top of the View and change settings page. This is also the Security Management view.
From the Help page, this will open these help files. Please note these help files will be displayed outside of the PCCare application; PCCare Premium will still be running and viewable, but you will be reading these in a different Browser, browser Tab or Help window. Simply close this Help or use the Windows navigation tray, or the [Alt] [tab] keys to swap between this help and PCCare. Close the window to terminate this help session.
From the help page, this will instruct your computer's regular email program to generate an email addressed to Email to
PCCare Premium Help for an answer to your questions. You are still required to enter your name, phone number and a problem statement. This should be used for specific PCCare issues, not general computer problems.
This will lead to the PCCare Premium-specific section of Digiticians web site and allow the subscriber to initiate a Web-based remote support session. Your computer will be connected to a service queue, one of our trained Digiticians will come on line and assist in the diagnosis and repair of your PCCare application. Please note: this service is set up for the PCCare Premium application only.
Located at the bottom of every page, these duplicate the functionality of the Folder Tab navigation Controls listed above. Please read the
TAB navigation help at the top of this page for details.
