The PCCare Add/Remove Program group is installed in the control panel of the user (typically an administrator) who installed PCCare. The service is running for all users but only the person logged in during the installation will be able to Modify/Repair/Remove or check the Support Status of PCCare.
Many PC services actuate with only the administrator being able to change settings. The program is protecting your system according to either the default or administrator modified schedule. If you have PCCare installed and are not a system administrator, please ask your Admin to help you change settings as needed.
