What does the error message “scheduler failed to run two times” mean?  What can I do?

Either the PC was busy doing too many other things and could not launch the scheduler or a component needed to run the task was unavailable.  

If you only occasionally get this error message and most of the time your task executes, then there is nothing to worry about.

If you constantly get this error, try scheduling the task to another time when the system is less busy.

If you still get this message after changing the schedule, then perhaps you simply have too many applications loaded at startup and running in the background.  You may wish to temporarily disable some tasks or not load them at startup.
