What is the PCCare Status Dashboard? How do I read it?

The PCCare Status page is the main view or Dashboard. This page has two (2) components

the Status/Summary Dashboard
the Details section

The managed tasks are organized into three main functional groups:

Security Management	Contains Status/Details and Settings for customer-installed anti-virus. Additional security functions will be added There are two main functions: Run anti-virus Software - when the software should scan the local hard drives Anti-virus definitions - when to check for anti-virus definitions that are used all the time.
Disk, Folder and File Maintenance	Contains Microsoft Windows features and functions designed to improve hard drive performance. There are three main functions: Internet Folder cleanup - see the PCCare Help page What is this/Why do I need it? for Internet Folder Cleanup Scan Disk/ CHKDSK - see the PCCare Help page What is this/Why do I need it? for Scan Disk Defragment Hard Drive - see the PCCare Help page What is this/Why do I need it? for Defragment hard drive
System Integrity	Reports on system clock settings Reports on any software that has been installed or un-installed

System Integrity

Reports on system clock settings
Reports on any software that has been installed or un-installed

Each group displays the summary of the last execution of the function or feature.

Task	Last Run	Summary
The name of the functional task.	When did this last execute?	What happened during the execution?

Example:

Update Anti-Virus Definitions	2005-02-18 01:30:00	Virus definitions were updated to latest available from host. See details.

See details below task summary
Note that under the Summary field, there is a link to the details for that run. Click on the see details to go to the Task Details tables. From the details tables, click on return to top to see the Dashboard.

NAVIGATION:

Change settings tab on top of page, link on bottom of page.
Clicking on the TAB that reads PCCare Settings will send you to the settings Control Pages

Upgrade tab on top of page, link on bottom of page
Click on the Update/Upgrade tab to lead you to the Digiticians PCCare Premium web page to check for updates or upgrades to PCCare Premium.

Send your browser directly to the Home page of the Digiticians web page, from here you may access any of the Digiticians features or products you need.
