How do I view PCCare automated task results?

PCCare runs as a background service. You may occasionally notice some tasks starting up, executing and completing while you work. Usually these tasks are scheduled for off hours (evenings, weekends). In order to view the results of the tasks, you must launch the application. See the Getting Started help page for instructions on launching (starting) the application.

The Default view is the Status/Summary Dashboard table. The results of the most recent task execution steps are displayed. See the PCCare View Status help page for an explanation.

From the Status/Summary Dashboard table, you will be able to navigate to the details tables for each task. The detailed results of the last several task execution steps are displayed. See the PCCare View Detail help page for an explanation.
