Your PC Clock time zone may be set incorrectly.
If, for example you are physically in the US-Eastern (GMT-5) Time
zone, but bought your PC mail-order from California, it is possible that
your Time zone setting will be US-Pacific (GMT-8).
If you set the time to match your watch (say 2:00 pm) and then
synchronize the system clock using PCCare™, your system clock will now
read 11:00 AM.
This is especially important with PC’s running PCCare
in non-US countries. You may still connect to the NIST time servers, but you
must be certain that your time zone is set correctly.
