After the system clock synchronization, my clock is set to an incorrect time.  What do I do?

Your PC Clock time zone may be set incorrectly.  If, for example you are physically in the US-Eastern (GMT-5) Time zone, but bought your PC mail-order from California, it is possible that your Time zone setting will be US-Pacific (GMT-8).  If you set the time to match your watch (say 2:00 pm) and then synchronize the system clock using PCCare™, your system clock will now read 11:00 AM.  

This is especially important with PC’s running PCCare in non-US countries. You may still connect to the NIST time servers, but you must be certain that your time zone is set correctly.
